Kirk Young is the executive vice president for Precise Pet Products.

He brings nearly 25 years of industry experience to the 79-year-old company’s legacy of producing quality, affordable foods that taste great and are healthy. As executive vice president, Young is currently responsible for developing and managing new sales and marketing strategies to better communicate the brand’s legacy value: American-made products that include only natural ingredients from the U.S. and New Zealand.

Throughout his career, Young has received numerous recognitions for his exemplary work. He was awarded with the Ralston Purina Company’s first “Business Excellence” for writing the IMPACT Program, a PIDA award-winning program.  Additionally, he was the first sales executive to win the Ralston Purina Company’s prestigious “Vision Award” along with the “Creative Marketing Award” on two separate occasions.
