It’s our extra protein, extra fat formula for dogs that get more exercise than the normal house dog, but not for those experiencing high levels of training or long periods of work. This “in-between” Competition Formula® has 26% protein that comes from chicken and red meat. The combined sources of meat balance the essential amino acid profile to help maintain a firm muscular body. We use pure chicken fat, never poor quality “animal fat.” The whole grain carbohydrates provide that extra energy boost. Plus, chelated minerals, lecithin, and Ester C® brand Vitamin C are added to help ensure the active dog gets the needed trace minerals, vitamins and essential fatty acids crucial for balanced nutrition.
